No, at Virtropolis VR, you won't be physically locked in a room. Our Virtual Reality (VR) experiences provide the excitement of escape rooms without the confinement. You'll step into immersive VR worlds, solving puzzles and challenges to progress through exciting adventures. The only "lock" you'll experience is being captivated by the thrill of the game!
The typical Virtropolis VR experience, excluding the optional party room, lasts for approximately 1 hour. This includes a short 5-15 minute tutorial to familiarize yourself with the VR environment and around 45 minutes of immersive gameplay. Your adventure will be packed with excitement from start to finish!
At Virtropolis VR, you have the option to book multiple games in a row. If you're eager for back-to-back adventures, we offer discounts for consecutive bookings. It's a fantastic way to keep the excitement going! During a one-hour session at Virtropolis VR, you'll have an immersive experience focused on the game you choose. Our sessions are designed for deep engagement in a single adventure, ensuring you get the most out of your gameplay during that time.
At Virtropolis VR, your experience is tailored to your preferences. During your VR adventure, you'll have your own dedicated play area within a shared bay. This means that while you can have friends or family in the same bay, you won't be sharing your virtual world with strangers. You don't need to bring anything special to Virtropolis VR. We provide all the necessary equipment, including Virtual Reality (VR) headsets and controllers. For the best experience and safety at Virtropolis VR, participants need to be 10 years or older. Our Virtual Reality (VR) equipment, including the HTC Vive Pro headsets, are designed for adults. It is important for safety and enjoyment that the equipment fits properly. Additionally, some games may have age restrictions based on content or puzzle complexity.
Our VR escape rooms are designed for groups of 2 to 6 players, providing an immersive and collaborative experience for all participants. We do have some escape rooms that can be played with a single player and some escape rooms can only be played with up to 4 players. Our team will make sure you are ready for your adventure and most adventures will have a tutorial beforehand to make sure you can be successful.
